At Drifft, our vision is to see most people especially the youth engaged in meaningful employment and able to cater for themselves and family. Incentives play an important role in motivating drivers and therefore drifft have various incentive packages that will be offered from time to time to continually motivate our drivers to provide professional services to our riders that meets drifft’s service standards.
